BETWEEN 1950 AND 1973, STOCKYARDS CITY GREW INTO A NATIONAL LEADER IN THE LIVESTOCK INDUSTRY .TODAY, STOCKYARD S CITY BOASTS MORE THAN 70 BUSINESSES WHILE MAINTAINING ITS TRADITIONAL WESTERN FLAIR.LINDSAY AND MIT CH ADDED PARTNER ALAN GREENE, WHO OUTFITTED MCCLINTOCK SALOON AND CHOPHOUSE WITHA HIGH – CALIBER 50 – FOOT BAR DESIGNED BY LINDSAY. MITCH DESIGNED THE SALOON AND CHOP HOUSE – STYLE DINING ROOM.SO BELLY UP TO THE BAR AND RAISE A GLASS TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS IN THE COMFORT OF TO DAY. THE OLD BROTHEL ABOVE THE DINING ROOM WAS OUTLAWED YEARS AGO, BUT THE WHISKEY REMAINS.
